輪読初回．ついにこの本の読破登攀の機会がやってくるとは感慨深いですなあ．Chapter 1「Frequency distributions」の pp. 1-13 までを1時間ほどかけて賞味する．うん，ハイキング歩き始めの穏やかな時間かな．John Tukey（『EDA』）の「stem-and-leaf plots」で蹴つまずきそうになったが，これはまだ“小石”だろう．
