長らく公刊されなかった：D. J. Kornet and James W. McAllister「The Composite Species Concept: A Rigorous Basis for Cladistic Practice」がやっと本論文集に所収された（pp. 95-127）ことはぼくにとっては大収穫だ．この論文は，Dina J. Kornet の学位論文：D. J. Kornet『Reconstructing Species: Demarcations in Genealogical Networks』（1993年刊行，Instituut voor Theoretische Biologie, Universiteit Leiden, 121 pp., ISBNなし → 目次）の「第3章」として15年も前に出版されていた．そこでは「投稿中」と記されていたが，その後，どこかの雑誌に出版されたという情報がまったく得られなかった．
さらに幸運なことに，この論文は上記のライデン大学デジタル書庫（the digital repository of Leiden University）から，全文を無料ダウンロードできることもわかった（→ダウンロードサイト）．
